  • 6 king oyster mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 3 fresh chilies sliced
  • 1 green onion chopped

For The Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon cooking wine
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  • Cut the mushrooms into thick discs.

  • Combine sauce ingredients together and set aside.

  • Heat oil and sautée garlic until fragrant.

  • Toss in mushrooms and fry until lightly browned on the edges.

  • Add fresh chilli and stir-fry.

  • Pour in sauce and green onions. Thicken the sauce and remove from heat.
